What was going on in Joseph St, Lane Cove NSW this morning?

JLC asked:


I drove down Joseph St in Lane Cove this morning around 8:50am and saw two federal police cars, about 4 large trucks with a whole bunch of equipment in the back and tables/chairs set up on the council grass. I’m torn between thinking something bad had happened because of the police or that they’re shooting a movie? Does anyone know?
